TEAM CAMP

30 mins agility, quickness and plyometric training followed by an 1hr of team volleyball concepts which will include player positions, team offense, and team defense.

  • Proper athletic attire: shorts, t-shirts, and court shoes

  • Braces (for ankles and knees if needed)

  • Hand towel 

  • A good attitude and willingness to work hard
